4. Artisan Services
Artisans are independent service providers. Kiri.ng is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or legality of services provided by artisans. All transactions are directly between users and artisans.
5. Content and Conduct
Users agree not to post offensive, illegal, or harmful content. Kiri.ng reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Kiri.ng, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kiri.ng or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kiri.ng shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Kiri.ng after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
