License records (KTV Player and other apps)

If you bought a Kiri License, our license service stores your email address, a recovery ID, and your license status so the app can check and restore your license.

To delete it, email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase and include your recovery ID if you have it. We delete the record within 7 days and send you a confirmation.

App data on your device

Favorites, history, settings and playlists are stored on your device only. To remove them:

• Android: Settings, then Apps, then the app name, then Storage, then Clear data. Or clear them from inside the app's Settings screen.
• Windows, Linux, macOS and web: use the clear options in the app's Settings screen, or delete the app's data folder.
• Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on the device.

CollabShell

CollabShell has no backend servers of ours, so there is no account record to delete. If you signed in with Google, revoke access through your Google account permissions page. Clearing the app's local data removes everything else.
