Refund Policy

1. What is free

The website, its tools, our projects and research logs are free. There is nothing to refund there. Our apps can be used for free as well.

2. What is paid

The Kiri License (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) is sold through Flutterwave's checkout. Card payments are handled by Flutterwave; we never see your card details. If an app is ever purchased inside the Google Play Store, that purchase follows Google Play's own refund rules.

3. Refunds

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your receipt or recovery ID and we will refund you. This covers wrong charges, double charges, and purchases that did not work out. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 14 days, depending on your bank.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the legal right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from the cancel link in your receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. After you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated as our services evolve. The latest version is always on this page with its date at the top.
